(1) Function List: Explained from left to right below
Edit: Click to enter the report editing page.
Delete: Click to delete the report.
Copy: Click to copy the report. The naming rule is name_copy, name_copy(1), etc.
Export: Click to export the report as a JSON file.
Generate Report: Click to open a Datepicker, allowing users to set a log date range as needed. Once selected, click “Execute” to start the generation process.
Download: Click to open the report download list. Sorting icons are available to sort by execution date and status in ascending/descending order. You can also check the production progress through the status progress bar and use the Datepicker to filter reports by execution date.
- Clicking the download icon will download reports that have been generated.
- Check the checkbox for generated reports and click the “Delete Selected” icon to delete the selected reports.
(2) Name: The report name, editable on the edit page.
(3) Description: The report description, editable on the edit page.
(4) Update Time: Displays the last edit time of the report.
(5) Schedule: Displays if the report has a schedule; otherwise, it shows as unscheduled.

Add/Edit Report
Before creating a report, please go to Dashboard → Visual Units and create the desired visual unit for inclusion in the report. Only bar/line/pie charts and data tables are supported. Unsupported visual units will not appear on the report editing page.
Click the add icon in the report list to enter the report creation/edit page.
1. Basic Information
After entering the information, click Next.
- Name: Required field, maximum 128 characters.
- Description: Required field, maximum 128 characters.
2. Report
(1) Select Report Object: Click to add report components to the editing box, where they can be reordered by dragging.

Heading-1ST Level: Primary heading. Click the edit icon in the report component sorting box to open the title editing window, allowing up to 20 characters. After entering, click “Save” to finish.

Heading-2ND Level: Secondary heading. Click the edit icon in the report component sorting box to open the title editing window, allowing up to 20 characters. After entering, click “Save” to finish.

Date: Log time range of the report. Click the edit icon in the report component sorting box to open the date editing window, where you can set alignment to left/center/right in the report.

Page Change: Add this component to paginate the report.
(2) Select Visualize: Click the visual unit title to add it to the report component sorting box.
(3) After adjustments are made as needed, click Next.
3. Schedule
(1) Schedule Checkbox: Check to enable report scheduling; leave unchecked to disable.
(2) Schedule Name: Required field, maximum 128 characters, must be unique.
(3) Receive Role: Required field, allowing multiple selections. Use the dropdown to select a role group created in SAFE3.0, or directly enter the email of a user not in the system.
(4) Report Cycle: Choose the report generation cycle.
- Hourly Report: Produces data from the previous hour, does not support “Date Range” or “Data Extraction Date.”
- Daily Report: Produces data from the previous day with the previous day’s "Date Range," does not support “Data Extraction Date.”
- Weekly Report: Calculates data from the previous seven days, supporting “Date Range” and “Data Extraction Interval.”
- Monthly Report: Produces data from the previous month. If set to the 31st, the report will not run for months with fewer than 31 days. Supports “Date Range” and “Data Extraction Interval.”
(5) Report Generation Time: Set the start time for daily/weekly/monthly reports.
(6) Daily Date Range
- All Day: Select to produce a full-day log report.
- Start/End: Select to edit the time range for log extraction.
(7) Data Capture: Choose the week intervals to extract data. For example, for a monthly report, selecting weeks 1 and 2 will produce a monthly report with only logs from Mondays and Tuesdays.
(8) After completing the required fields, click Finish to end the report creation/editing process.
